7.22.04 -- Columbus, Ohio
This was my first TMBG show. It was fun, but it was with two people, one I never talk to anymore and one I rarely talk to anymore. Also, I was so far away and the pictures sucked so this one isn't really worth discussing any longer.

4.8.05 -- Danville, Kentucky
My second show, the atmosphere was great. The show was held in a college auditorium and we all had assigned seats. TMBG came out, played Older, and then welcomed everyone to come down near the stage and have some fun. This is why a couple of my pictures are from far away, from our original seats, and most of them are from my spot right up against the stage near Linnell.
At this show I got my first setlist, along with John Linnell's waterbottle, thanks to my friend, Marcus, who jumped up on the stage after it was over.
And some added facts, Flans leaned down to sing "H-E-A-R-T attack you, girl" in his direction and with him being so close, I took the chance to blow him a kiss, which he returned.

7.15.05 -- Cleveland, Ohio
Marcus and I were off again, but instead of a 2 hour drive like the previous trip, this drive would be 4 hours. After spending the day at the Rock n' Roll Hall of Fame, listening to TMBG on the radio, and discovering free magazines with not only an article about TMBG, but a picture of the Johns on the cover, I was excited to arrive.
The Odeon was a nice venue, but I had to sneak in my cameras since they had a seemingly strict "no camera or camcorder" rule. But, thanks to Marcus being a social, social butterfly, the bouncer allowed me to take pictures with the camera I had already snuck into the club, as long as I kept the flash off. Sadly, this made for some blurry pictures, but I worked with the best ones. I stood in second row.
Oh yeah, Marcus' new friend, Tony the bouncer, also grabbed a setlist off the stage for me. Then I paid $20 to get the "special" foam finger that Iggy, the lighting guy, had made.

7.16.05 -- Cleveland, Ohio
The next day was dreary and I felt kinda like a geek being at a kid's show. Well, two kid's shows technically. But, I noticed a few people from the show the night before, which helped me not feel so bad. I mixed the pictures together from these shows, but you can tell which are which based on the angle of the camera. We sat off to the side for the first show, to let the kids do their thing. But, for the second show, we sat right in center, first row. Nice pictures resulted, despite the band getting rained on.
Between shows we went up beside the stage and took some pictures of some TMBG stuff that isn't seen regularly, until Miller nicely told us we needed to back away from the stage before we "freaked people out." Then we got his autograph. We got Weinkauf's signature with my eyeliner, because I couldn't find a pen, and he acted annoyed with us. Marty's is on there too, 'cause he walked right out and seemed excited to be rushed to for autographs.
I did also recieve a setlist for the 3:30 pm show, but it was a copy that they handed out to many lucky people.

7.22.05 -- Louisville, Kentucky
A week later we were at another TMBG show. We hung out with Corn Mo before the show, who had been gradually been becoming our friend ever since the Danville show. We bought him some beer and asked him to give the Johns a sealed bag of coffee we had purchased from Starbucks that day. Who knows if they got it, but I like to believe they did.
We made a sign that said "We love TMB Giants" on one side and "We love Corn Mo" on the other, which Flansburgh mentioned during the show. He also thanked me during the "Thank You for Coming to Our Show" song and refered to me as "the person doing the rock symbol".

12.31.05 -- Brooklyn, New York
Well, this show was much different than the others. First of all, it was without Marcus, like most of them had been previously. The few months before this trip, I had made a new friend, Danielle. She had also been at the show in Lousville, Kentucky, but we didn't know each other at the time. She somehow convinced me into going to New York, a place I had never seen, with her to see TMBG on New Years Eve.
We were there early, being behind only 2 other people. It was snowing/raining and we were freezing to death with about 10 other people when Flansburgh brought us the hot chocolate. It was so amazing. Plus, I watched Flansburgh park in an illegial spot, and got a picture of Linnell's car and plate, but out of respect for the man, I will not post it here or anywhere else. Once we were allowed inside, we watched Linnell's wife walk past many times. Once she accidently bumped into Danielle and Karen said "Excuse me!"
Damn, good times.
We were in the front row for this show, and again, many of the pictures turned out blurry due to the darkness. But the show was pretty fantastic and I spent midnight on the subway.

3.19.06 PEOPLE ARE WRONG! -- New York City
Another trip long trip with Danielle. I'm sorry the pictures pretty much suck. This isn't really a TMBG show, but we DID see Linnell in the back and of course, Flans was on stage. Oh, and Miller. I got tipsy after drinking a margarita and got Robin's autograph after the show. I also told her, "I'm a big fan of you".

5.9.06 -- Columbus, Ohio
There were some rude people at this show, but I didn't let it bother me. This trip was with both Marcus and Danielle. The show was fun and we were in the second row. Not too much to say, but I did get a setlist, two plastic cups that sat on Linnell's keyboard (that had few drops of coffee left in it), and a hardy handshake from Marty.

7.28.06 -- Twin Lakes, Wisconsin
This was the strangest TMBG show I have been to because it technically wasn't a TMBG show. Danielle and I had been in a car for 7 hours, which would had only been about 5 1/2 if not for the awful traffic in Illinois. We dropped our stuff off at the motel we were staying at, and rushed to the show. We paid $50 just to be in the second row, not quite sure who else was there to see TMBG. It was also the farthest away I had ever been from the band, but the pictures turned out pretty nicely anyway.
We found a sign, as we were leaving, that a fan had made and it now sits in my window.
